Our hope is to bless and help bring comfort to families with children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Our little girls were born at 28 weeks and 6 days. By God's grace and the wonderful team at Providence St. Vincent hospital, they survived. They are now thriving, beautiful little girls that nobody would ever guess were born almost 3 months early. The NICU journey is an experience that no family could ever forget. It is emotional, exhausting, and frightening fearing the unknown outcome of your children. We were unable to leave this experience and not try and support the families that go through it. One of the most special times in the NICU for us was the times we spent holding and "kangarooing" with our girls. Our vision is to provide light, comfortable robes that will help bring warmth, comfort and privacy for kangarooing, breast pumping, and breast feeding. Our first goal is to provide these robes for Mothers Day 2015 at Providence St. Vincent and possibly more Neonatal Intensive Care Units. We pray these families will find hope and peace through this gift and take comfort in knowing our family is praying for theirs. Austie Eckley Donates 5% of all Austie Eckley accessories sold.
